Subject	Are the Topspeed (Ebay) and Stillen HICAS eliminators same?

Message	Are they the same? That is, is there any difference in them? There's only ONE on ebay right now and I haven't seen any others for a long time on there. Is there any difference between the two? Or is one just as good as the other? It only serves one purpose and nothing else, so I'ld assume no difference, but let me know. Thanks in advance. I know I've seen the topspeed one on Jodecy's car. Is the fitment ok?
